The Position

Well Established, popular medical center looking for a Full Time VR GP to join their practice in Townsville.

Offering flexible rosters of approx. 38 – 40 hrs per week over 5½ day week

Opening Hours of the practice from Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am-1pm)

Percentage is dependent on the candidate’s experience

Salary packaging available

Performance or percentage based earnings

Federal Government Grants for GP’s relocating to the area.

Qualifications:

Ideally you will ideally have Fellowship with the RACGP or FACRRM

Or you have obtained General Registration and hold a 457 visa and have the ambition to move into a GP role.

This freshly renovated, fully accredited, computerised practice is in a convenient location with up to date equipment, helpful support staff and Practice Nurse offering diverse and interesting medicine.

This mixed billing practice is open 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday 7am to 9pm.

The Practice is committed to running the “Closing the Gap” program an Australian Government incentive to improve the health of Indigenous Australians.

Every month the medical center invites a chronic medical group to visit the practice and bring awareness to the conditions they represent.
