Jessica Fryett-Tigges has over 6 years of medical recruitment experience, specializing in the General Practice sector. She has worked with both Australian Trained and International Medical Graduates at all stages of their General Practice career and has successfully placed hundreds of Doctors throughout Australia.
Jessica prides herself on her personal approach to dealing with candidates and clients alike and is commited to finding the right fit so that a sustainable career move is achieved for all parties.
Jessica has experience with all stages of the process from preparing PESCI applications working with medical boards, Medicare, Visas and applying for DWS applications, Area of Need applications and ROMPS and the RLRP.
Jessica’s passion is assisting practices where there is a workforce shortage so that Communities throughout Australia have access to a Doctor and the healthcare that they need.

Jessica was originally trained and mentored by the ex-President of AMRANZ Ron Crause who has now retired and holds herself to maintaining the ethics and integrity that was instilled in her.

Jessica has a Degree in Business from the UK and holds a Diploma in Transpersonal Coaching which allows her to connect to clients on a very holistic and personal basis. She is an active member of the RSCA and AMRANZ.
